Warranty & Registration

All ribbon microphones come with a one-year warranty. Product warranty must be registered by completing the warranty registration form within 14 days of product receipt. Warranty repairs and replacements can be requested by emailing sales@pinnaclemicrophones.com. Requests need to include purchaser name, contact information, the product, and issue you are having with the product. Product will need mailed to us for repairs and/or replacement. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Mishandling damage is not covered.
