Custom Shop Instructions
After purchase of a customization or repair:
Package your microphone that needs repairs/customization.
Include the proof of purchase of custom shop service in the box, ensure it includes the return shipping address and contact information. If possible, send tracking details to sales@pinnaclemicrophones.com. Please DO NOT send with signature required, we have a locked drop box for after hours.
